What We Offer

Pre-Field Orientation

• Literature and training on cultural cues and survival tips for adjustment to city of destination
• Counsel, prayer support and help with spiritual preparation
• Assistance with pre-departure logistics
• Pre-departure orientation retreat

Year-Round Field Support

• Two semi-annual retreats (fall and spring) for spiritual renewal, Biblical teaching, training, team-building and counseling
• Peer support. All-city monthly prayer meetings and regular neighborhood small groups for all those associated with the agency
• Pastoral visits twice a year in addition to two retreats.  The director and pastoral staff will visit with you individually for support, accountability, encouragement and prayer

Year-Round Home Office Support

• Regular prayer emails sent out on your behalf to our network of intercessors
• Monthly prayer meetings held in the US with your updates and requests.
• Email communications from home office pastoral staff for updates and support
• Phone counseling as needed
